It doesn't matter what the weather or time of day is, someone can always be found in the stream-side meadow. If you want to find someone from the Astral herd, your best bet is to come here and see who's around.
The dark green leader of the Astral herd wanders through the meadow, checking on the day's business. There is a bit of a bustle over by the stream where a few Thyci are planning an expedition, but she leaves them to it, continuing on through the grass. The weather will be turning cold soon, and she needs to make sure the herd is prepared for the coming season. She's looking for the herd's stewards, but is also keeping her eye on any other Thyci coming and going in the meadow.
