Generically named, this wing is reserved for the Mystics, and is where much of their material in both healing, and how tos for summoning the divine energy around them is located. While the practice of healing is usually done in the Clinic, there are small rooms doted in this wing for practicing these magics on non-targets as well as practice at drawing on the divine energy around themselves.
