What is a Thyci you ask, beyond the species obtainable in this adoptable? Well let us tell you all about them!

The Thyci are a unique breed of creatures that inhabit Nuglade, using the magic of nature to keep peace of the land, as well as to fight back the darkness and chaos that stems from their enemies (the Disirax). These creatures live their daily lives in a variety of classes and magics that are unique to the individual, and have a tendency to work together to overcome obstacles and adversaries.

The Thyci are a species of creature that resemble a hybrid between a deer and a horse, but tend to be closer to the life style, sizes and aging patterns seen in deer.

Thyci have a vast height range of between 1.9 feet (23 in, 58 cm) to 4.9 feet (59 in, 150 cm), however most Thyci have a general range, that is considered average, of between 2.6 and 3.3 feet tall (31 - 40 in; 79 - 102 cm). 

Thyci can live long lives with the help of magic, often living to between 40 and 55 years old, though most Thyci stop actively participating in adventures at the age of 30 years old. Thyci are also not usually considered mature until the age of 3.

Thyci, as mentioned, resemble a mix of deer and horse, with smaller horns (though larger antlers are seen on rare occassions), two sets of ears, and hooves. A variety of manes are noticed, as well as a variety of tails (and length of tails).

Thyci tend to live strictly on a diet of vegetation, while fruit and vegetables tend to be favorites of these creatures.

They show a vast intelligence, and Nuglade shows the ability to manufacture not only weapons, but also buildings, and looks distinctly like what a village from the middle ages might have looked like, with wooden huts and large community areas.

Thyci show an ability to not only harvest and grow crops, but also defend themselves from larger, more dangerous prey, as well as the mental capacity to solve complex problems and overcome great obstacles.
