1. A large meadow with a nearby stream, edged with young trees. On most mornings, and some evenings, the cool temperature raises a mist that covers the grounds, lending them a mysterious, and sometimes creepy, air. This is where the herd spends their days-training and studying, playing and eating, relaxing and napping all happen here. Among the young trees is a cozy thicket of denser brush, the perfect place to bed down for the night.
2. Within this garden, the herd grows and tends herbs and vegetables to help sustain them during the winter. Bright flowers are grown here, too, and a newly planted collection of fruit trees promises good harvest in seasons to come. A favorite place of the fawns, games of hide-and-seek are often played among the plants, flower crowns are woven, and occasionally trouble is made.
